Kshetra is a Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra-based non-profit political consulting organization that has spent the last 7 years working to strengthen Indian democracy. Initiated by Rishikesh Reddy an XLRI Alumini and later co-founded by alumni of top Indian institutes(IIT-Madras, Delhi and IIM-A), Kshetra provides non-partisan support ranging from grassroots mobilization to policy design to help political parties, leaders, groups and change-makers across the ideological spectrum.

Kshetra is an organization focused to aid politicians in their research, program management, campaign operations, CSR fund allocation, development meetings, focused block development programs. We are a group of young professionals contributing to the public policy and political space with a vision to create an impact beyond electioneering in the larger socio-political realm. As we pursue our vision, we aim to partner with the development-oriented leaders and political parties of India.

Story
Kshetra is a non-profit, non-partisan political consulting organization, with operations across India. We work to strengthen Indian democracy by providing grassroots support, operational research, party cadre management, narrative & building, media communications, policy design, and support to legislators, bureaucrats, and political parties.​ Kshetra specializes in building strategy and working with state and national parties and leaders including Chief Ministerial candidates, ideologists, voluntary groups and change-makers.
Kshetra Consulting is initiated by Rishikesh Reddy an XLRI Alumini and later co founded by members from IIT- Madras, IIT- Delhi, IIM- A, with experience from World Bank, IPAC, State Governments. The founding members had worked on political & government assessment of India’s biggest states and suggested real time campaigns. The leadership team of Kshetra is a pioneer in political campaigns, Election Management, Policy Analysis, Governance Initiatives, Media Communications, and technology which emphasizes delivering risk intelligence, decision-making, and public governance. Kshetra specialize in building strategy and work with state and national parties and leaders including Chief Ministerial candidates, ideologists ,voluntary groups and change-makers.
