Rishikesh Reddy
Founder & Director
A multidisciplinary strategist and institutional builder with deep expertise at the intersection of public policy, governance, political intelligence, and organizational consulting. His career bridges high impact government initiatives, political advisory, legal frameworks, and social impact, making him a rare practitioner who operates effectively across the public, private, and political realms.
Over the past decade, Rishi has worked extensively with governments, bureaucrats, political parties, and consulting firms to redesign service delivery, strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms, and scale grassroots citizen engagement. His resolve to contribute to nation building was forged between 2007 and 2014, when he led youth and student led civic initiatives across multiple states.
He began his professional journey as a management faculty member before transitioning into public policy, social entrepreneurship, law, and healthcare consulting. Early roles included healthcare analyst at Hyderabad Kidney Centre and senior analyst at Whiteinc Advisors. These experiences laid the groundwork for his later work in assessing flagship government schemes, driving policy level reforms, legal aid for marginalized communities, and political awareness campaigns.
Rishi served as Head of the National Political Intelligence Unit at I PAC, where he built and led grassroots intelligence mechanisms across states. He subsequently advised the Government of Andhra Pradesh, successfully leading the Village Secretariat initiative, overseeing the implementation of the Grama and Ward Volunteers program, a door step service delivery network comprising over 2.6 lakh volunteers.
For the Government of West Bengal, he established the Digital Outreach and Citizens Engagement unit, enhancing COVID response coordination across frontline public departments. He has also created a cross industry fellowship consulting network designed to cultivate a strategic leadership pool to serve governments at various levels.
Rishi holds a degree in Biotechnology Engineering from BIET, Entrepreneurship Management from XLRI, and an LLB from Osmania University.
