Public Affairs & Advocacy

In rural and semi-urban regions, communities often lack structured channels to influence policymaking or hold institutions accountable. Smallholder farmers, micro-entrepreneurs, and marginalized groups frequently remain unaware of their rights, entitlements, and the mechanisms available for redress. This disconnect between policy design and ground-level realities is further exacerbated when government agendas rely on macro-level insights, overlooking critical local issues such as land rights, resource access, and livestock insurance.

At Kshetra Consulting, we work to bridge this gap by enabling evidence-driven, community-led advocacy. Through rigorous stakeholder mapping, participatory research, and tailored advocacy strategies, we help surface grassroots priorities that might otherwise be overshadowed by dominant interest groups. Our approach ensures that policies are not only inclusive in intent but also responsive in practice anchored in the lived experiences of the communities they are meant to empower.
